Much reading and experimenting has taught us that there are many good ways of making remedies. Behind each of the links below you will find several different ways of making the same type of remedy. Though the methods vary slightly with each person, the general principles are the same.

If you are new to herbs, it is good to read how each one does it to learn from them all. We have concluded one method is not necessarily better than another. It's usually a matter of preference and convenience. Truly, the best methods are those which you use because until you use it, it cannot be effective.
