Your service was very good as usual! And just so you know..we love this Berkey that we purchased from you several years ago. Regarding the new spout: We have had some leaking from around the new spout. We have re-tried two or three times to correct the situation..(We viewed the installation video on your site.) Now that seems to be doing pretty good...but then the opening where the water actually comes out started to leak occasionally.. One thing puzzling about it is that it does not drip all of the time. If it continues to leak/drip out- even though inconsistantly, we will be contacting you...It doesn't seem that it should be so problematic... we have had large puddles of water on the floor when we least expect it.
Beyond that issue we love the flow of water that comes out when we need it and the water level is nice.
Hope this feed back helps you..
Sincerely,
Annette Wolf
