Lemon and Honey Syrup

Use fresh lemon juice, honey and water in proportions that taste good to you (i.e. cup of water, juice from half lemon and one teaspoon of honey). Warm in pan until honey is dissolved. Delicious drunk warm or cold. Good for singers to use to help throats when fighting sore throats.

Hello Joy,
We got the Crown Berkey with 4 filters and 4 PF2 filters. It filters faster than we thought it would, and we love it. The water is the best we have tasted in a very long time. I have found that we drink a lot more water, and it tastes like mountain spring water. Our order got here quick, and was in great condition (No shipping damage). I had looked over a lot of filters, and read up on what was the best filter to get, and in the end I have no doubt we got the right one. Of all the filters we have had in the past, none come close to our Berkey.
