Steve's Inflammation Tea
by Jennifer
January 2007
My husband operates a sawmill. Running a sawmill is hard and heavy work. It puts lots of strain on a man's back.
I make a special tea for my husband after he has been sawing all day. It's soothing to sore muscles, and helps reduce inflammation. The calcium, silicon and manganese in this combination are also great for joints and muscles.
Ingredients (equal parts)
- Pau d'Arco bark - cut
- Ginkgo leaf - cut
- Red Clover blossoms - whole
- Lemon Balm - cut
- Bilberry leaf - cut
- Bilberry fruit - whole
Directions
I like to soak the mix overnight (1/4 cup of mix to 4 cups of water). The following day, whenever the tea is needed, I heat it for no more than 5 minutes. Add honey to taste.

Hello,
I am very happy with the products I received and especially how quickly they arrived. I have referred others to you. I gave a friend a sample of the SOS for PMS. She loves it and will be ordering from you soon.
