Emily's Lemony Ginger Tea

This mix makes a very tasty tea for any time of the day. It's good served hot or cold.
- It's loaded with antioxidants.
- It's high in B vitamins.
- It aids digestion.
- It helps children sleep.
Ingredients
- 2 parts Lemon Balm - cut
- 1 parts Ginger root - cut
- 2 parts Catnip leaf - cut
- 2 parts Spearmint leaf - cut
- Juice from 1/2 lemon (not included)
Directions
Bring 4 cups of water to a boil and turn off heat. Immediately add 1/4 cup of the tea mix, lemon juice, and steep covered for about 5 minutes. Strain, and add honey to taste.
