Daily Nourishment Tea
by Janice
February 2007
We drink this tea everyday for it's nutritional value, and for "good maintenance".
- 1 part Chamomile flowers
- 1 part Nettle leaves
- 1 part Oatstraw
- 1 part Red Clover blossoms
I usually soak this Daily Nourishing Tea herb mix in water overnight. The following day, I add say, a tablespoon to 2 cups boiling water. Turn off heat and steep covered for 5 to 10 minutes. If you don't want to soak it overnight or forget to, steep it for 10 to 20 minutes. I always reuse one more time by adding more water (no need to soak overnight the second time).

I would recommend adding honey to the mix for both taste and daily nourishment. - V. Martin Ogrosky

Dear Joy,
I was really pleased with the product as well as the information on your website. I'm pregnant and wanted to improve my health herbally. I've been making tea infusions with the raspberry and it has helped my morning
sickness a lot.
Thanks!
Carra
