Food Recipes: Granola à la Joy

Ingredients
- 1 container of old fashioned oats (42 oz. or 2 lb. 10 oz.)
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut
- 1 cup chopped raw almonds
- 1 cup chopped raw pecans
- 1 cup chopped raw walnuts
- 1 cup chopped raw cashews
- 1/8 cup flax seed and sesame seed
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds (you can add more seeds if you like them)
- 2 tbsp. cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 1/2 - 1 tsp. real sea salt (to taste)
- 1 cup raw honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup extra-virgin oil (olive or coconut)
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients and add to the dry, stirring to coat everything evenly. Cook for an hour at 300 stirring once or twice and leave in oven to dry out. Store in air tight container.
