Food Recipes: Berry Nutty Power Snack Blend

The Berry Nutty Power snack blend can be eaten alone or it can be tossed into salad for added nutrition and flavor. It is a great blend to eat, when you are involved in physical activities because it increases your stamina and helps you feel more energetic.
Ingredients
4 cups Sunflower seeds
1 cup Sesame seeds
1 cup Raw Almonds
1 cup Raisins
1 cup Goji berries
Directions
Shake together in a plastic zipper bag until the Sesame seeds cover the raisins and berries. Store unfinished portions in a cool dry place.
