Food Recipes: Gingered Honey Salmon à la Joy

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup orange juice (or pineapple lemon or lime)
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2-4 salmon fillets

Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients; mix well. Pour marinade in large zipper bag and add salmon. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes turning once or twice. Grill in cast iron pan with marinade on medium heat 10 - 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
