Food Recipes: Mint Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup raw honey
• 5 drops peppermint essential oil
• 2 cups raw cream

Directions

Mix eggs, honey, and oil in blender. Add cream, and blend just until the cream is mixed in, approximately 5 seconds. Chill mixture and then make ice cream according to your ice cream maker instructions. This makes 1 quart.
