Food Recipes: Triple Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain yogurt (home-made is best)
  • 1/2 cup cream (raw is best)
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • pinch of salt (real)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 frozen banana (ripe)
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks (bought fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 3-4 frozen strawberries (whole)
  • Honey to taste

Directions

Blend yogurt, cream, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla. While blender is running, add frozen fruit a little at a time until the smoothie is the consistency you like it. We like ours a little runnier. At the end, add honey to taste, while blender is still running. Enjoy!
