Food Recipes: Triple Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 cups plain yogurt (home-made is best)
- 1/2 cup cream (raw is best)
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- pinch of salt (real)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 frozen banana (ripe)
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks (bought fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 3-4 frozen strawberries (whole)
- Honey to taste
Directions
Blend yogurt, cream, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla. While blender is running, add frozen fruit a little at a time until the smoothie is the consistency you like it. We like ours a little runnier. At the end, add honey to taste, while blender is still running. Enjoy!
