Food Recipes: Cider Drink

This is a pleasant tasting sweet and sour drink. It has many health benefits when drank 2 or 3 times daily. It can be used as a beverage with a meal or 20-30 minutes before a meal for those with digestion problems.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 tsp. of apple cider vinegar
  • 1-2 tsp. honey
  • Glass of water (warm or cool)

Directions

Add the vinegar and honey to water. Stir and enjoy.
