Food Recipes: Berry Cobbler

Ingredients
Filling:
- 4 cups berries
- 3 tbsp. arrowroot
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- honey or maple syrup to taste
Topping:
- 1 cup flour
- 2 cups oats
- 3/4 cup butter (I use home-made)
- 1/2 cup honey, raw or maple syrup
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix sweetener, arrowroot and berries. Place in 9×13 (or similar) baking pan. Mix flour, oats, and butter, until crumbly and add the 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup. Crumble on top of berry mixture. Bake 30 minutes or until crisp and lightly browned.
