Food Recipes: Mrs. B's Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 cups rapadura sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup kefir
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. cinnamon powder
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking powder
Directions
Put sugar and flour into large bowl. In saucepan, add butter, oil cocoa and water. Heat only enough to melt oil and butter, and stir in flour and sugar mixture. Then, mix in other ingredients. Pour into buttered 9"×13" pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
We like to make an icing made with peanut butter, honey and cream. We mix these together and spoon some on each individual serving.
