Food Recipes: Whole Wheat Crackers

Ingredients
- 4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup butter
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 milk
Directions
Combine in a large bowl the flour, baking powder and salt. Then, cut in the butter. Beat lightly the egg and milk. Mix it all together to form a ball. Knead lightly while preheating oven to 425 degrees. Roll out thinly on floured board and place on greased baking sheets. Cut into desired cracker sizes and sprinkle generously with real sea salt. Bake for 7-10 minutes.
