This recipe came directly from Nourishing Traditions
Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- pinch of real sea salt
- 2 tbsp. arrowroot
- 1/2 cup maple syrup (I use raw honey)
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 2 cups unsweetened coconut
Directions
Line a baking sheet with buttered parchment (I use wax paper). Beat egg whites with salt until they form stiff peaks. Beat in arrowroot and slowly beat in syrup (or honey) and vanilla. Fold in coconut. Drop by spoonfuls on paper. Bake at 300 for about half hour or until slightly brown. Decrease to 200 and bake for 45 minutes or so. Take off sheet right away, if using wax paper. Wait until they completely cool, if using parchment paper. Store in an airtight container.

I can say your website features, and the timely delivery of products are excellent! I haven't had a chance to use the water filter yet as I have been traveling. Thanks and best of luck in your continued business.
