Food Recipes: Rhubarb Strawberry Crunch à la Joy

Ingredients

  • 1 cup honey (I use raw)
  • 3 tbsp. flour (I blend oat in my blender)
  • 3 cups strawberries
  • 3 cups rhubarb

Topping:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups oats
  • 3/4 cup butter (I use home-made)
  • 1/2 cup honey, raw or maple syrup

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Mix 1 cup honey, flour, strawberries, and rhubarb. Place in 9 × 13 (or similar) baking pan. Mix flour, oats, and butter, until crumbly and add the 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup. Crumble on top of rhubarb and strawberry mixture. Bake 30 minutes or until crisp and lightly browned.
