4. I'm a marathon runner who has been using your spirulina powder for a couple of months. When Gatorade started giving me the 'stitch', it occurred to me to use spirulina mixed in apple or cranberry juice before running instead of a sports drink. I follow it by water. Putting it in a sports bottle or cocktail shaker works great and quickly for mixing it. I have found that not only do I not get the stitch anymore, but I have eliminated the need for energy gels. I'm also saving money as sports drinks can be expensive and they have no nutritional value. I'm running stronger than ever now. I also use Bee Strong along with your glucosamine/MSM complex. My marathon training is going great! Thanks for a speedy delivery.
