I just wanted to write a few lines to say Thank You so very much for getting my order to me. I have the Berkey set up, and for the first time in years I've been able to enjoy my own water without fear.

I had already mentioned your web site to my daughters and their families, the are always looking for good places to find herb, and other delightful natural things.

2. We are loving our water purifier. It has been filtering some municipal water from a family member's house. It takes the chlorine taste away seemingly effortlessly. I haven't yet used it to filter my cistern water, like I planned, but I hope to soon. Despite all the great claims, we are just hesitant to believe that it will filter out the E.Coli and other harmful substances. I'm 6 months pregnant and don't want to take the risk right now. Maybe after our son is born!

Shipping was unexpectedly fast, we were impressed.

When I sent an email requesting an update on my purchase, I was promptly contacted and given a description of when and how my items were going to ship. Because there was a shortage on the Berkey Filters when I ordered it, I was given an update on the manufacturer's schedule as well! 13. We are really enjoying our new Imperial Berkey water filter system. It's sooo much better than the distilling system we were using, and with no $15/mo electric bill to run it, or waiting 4 hrs for 1 gal of purified water like we used to have to endure. And it's so quiet, that you really can't hear the water filtering down unless you stand beside it and listen closely. What we can't understand is why this system is not more widely known about and used. One of those imponderables, I guess!

15. Hello Joy,
I have had my Imperial Berkey system about a month ago. I LOVE it. I was sick of paying for water.

You see I live in northern Minnesota. A.K.A. The Iron Range (very well named). Our water is pure orange when it goes into the Imperial, and comes out BETTER than bottled water. I have too clean the filter every other day (because there is so much iron). That is how good it is at catching every nasty thing in the water.

I wish I knew about this Imperial years ago!!!!!!!!!!!!

25. Dear Joy,
I ordered the items for my brother who runs a remote fishing resort in the mountains above Lake Chelan, Washington. The only way to reach Domke Lake is to take a boat approximately 50 miles up Lake Chelan. Then, hike 3 miles to the lake or fly in. My brother wanted to offer his guests the convenience of having safe, clean water to drink so he ordered your products.

He was very impressed with your customer service. Because you were out of the model that he ordered, you upgraded the items at no additional cost and included free stand. In addition, you were thoughtful enough to inquire if an upgrade would be acceptable rather than just assuming that it would be.

Your products display wonderful craftsmanship and attention to detail. I am sure that he will be as happy with them at the end of the season as he is at present.

We recently ordered the Berkey Light and it arrived only a few days later! Our children are loving the ease of getting water themselves and we knowing it is clean and good for them. Our well water is not the best, we must filter it before we drink it, so this has made matters much easier. We were filtering with an osmosis system and Brita pitcher.

And, further, the items I wanted to buy got me free shipping. I make a policy to not order online unless I get free shipping - at least in most circumstances.
