Spring Sensations Tea

I awoke to the feeling of warm sunshine on my face. Another beautiful May morning! But, as nice as the sun's rays felt, I still didn't want to leave the comfort of my bed, that is, until I remembered the "Garden Party"! One glance at the clock told me I would be late as usual. All my friends had been talking about this party for weeks and I was going to be late! I scrambled out of bed and rushed around throwing things into my picnic basket. In record time, I was walking out the door, and that's when I spied it - my neatly wrapped up teapot and dainty teacups and saucers sitting beside my new package of Spring Sensations Tea. I was in charge of bringing the special tea and I had almost forgotten it. Though I knew my friends would forgive me for being late, forgetting the tea was a totally different story. What was a garden party without the tea?

Later, as we sat sipping our tea, I filled in the girls on what I had learned about all the different herbs included in this tea. With its wonderful blend of nutritional qualities and delicious flavors, we all indulged without guilt. The taste of this tea was the perfect compliment to our morning brunch fare of fruits, nuts, lemon bars, and apple muffins. We all tried to see if we could identify the different flavors in the tea and match them with the correct herb. The Spring Sensations blend is made up of six different herbs - Catnip, Lemon Balm, Lemongrass, Spearmint, Ginger, and Passion flower. With them all combined into a tea blend, you have a dose of relaxing, nerve-soothing, energy-inducing, stomach-calming, and stress- relieving tea all in one cup.

Catnip, with its ability to soothe anxiety and nervousness, makes it an effective relaxant. Relaxation is essential at any party and, so I considered this carefully while deciding which blend to bring. In my younger days, I remember my mom going out and picking fresh Catnip leaves out of the garden and making tea to go with breakfast. Sometimes she'd mix it with other herbs like Lemon Balm and Spearmint for variety. I loved it as a child and still do to this day. Catnip is one of the many traditional herbal remedies for colds, flu, and even colic. To treat a fever, make a cup of Catnip tea to induce sleep and increase perspiration without increasing body heat.

Lemon Balm is the perfect name for this herb. It's a lemon-flavored balm for your mind, body, and spirit. For anyone feeling melancholy, this tea may be just the thing to lift the spirits. Lemon Balm is a popular home remedy for relieving stress or tension, chasing away depression, insomnia, nervousness, or tension headaches, and calming digestive problems especially those caused by stress. It is very similar to Lemongrass, yet softer in scent and lighter in flavor.

When combined with Lemon Balm, Lemongrass' bold scent and rich flavor is brought out more effectively. This is another good choice when combating colds, flu, fever, nausea, indigestion, and anxiety. It acts as a mild sedative and central nervous system depressant and is used to help people under stress and hypertension. Lemongrass is believed to clear skin blemishes and help maintain a balanced skin tone.

Spearmint contributes a refreshing scent and flavor in this blend. It's the perfect afternoon pick-me-up for sluggishness. Along with being an energy reviver, Spearmint provides a soothing and calming effect. It is perfect for those times when you're tired and stressed. While restoring your mental focus, it balances plummeting blood sugar levels, eases frazzled nerves, and regulates your energy level.

Ginger, known primarily as a cure for nausea, also helps to perk up energy. It is especially useful in treating colds and flu. Studies have shown ginger to kill some flu viruses. Ginger is also known to reduce the level of cholesterol in your blood, helping your heart stay healthy.

Passion flower adds just the right flavor to make Spring Sensations Tea the sensation it is. This flower has numerous amounts of healing qualities. It calms the nervous system, and reduces insomnia caused by overwork, worry, or excitement. If you are suffering from headaches caused by nervousness, or have any trouble breathing, Passion flower is the herb for you. Combined with Lemon Balm, it calms anxiety and relieves stress.

Our party wouldn't have been the same without the Springs Sensations Tea. After brunch, the party was still in full swing and, because of our tea, we didn't suffer any slump time. All were in high spirits and full of energy for our horse back ride.

Though I had a variety of different wonderful teas and herbal blends to choose from, I'm glad I decided Springs Sensations Tea would be the most fitting. With all the different flavor preferences, this tea pleased even the pickiest of my friends. When everyone left, I smiled as I thought of what a huge success the tea had been. Even with the big mess of discarded plates, dirty tables, and wilted flowers I had to clean up, I felt relaxed and cheerful recalling what a great party it had been. I poured myself another cup of tea to sip on as I began cleaning up.

Dear Joy,
I ordered the items for my brother who runs a remote fishing resort in the mountains above Lake Chelan, Washington. The only way to reach Domke Lake is to take a boat approximately 50 miles up Lake Chelan. Then, hike 3 miles to the lake or fly in. My brother wanted to offer his guests the convenience of having safe, clean water to drink so he ordered your products.

He was very impressed with your customer service. Because you were out of the model that he ordered, you upgraded the items at no additional cost and included free stand. In addition, you were thoughtful enough to inquire if an upgrade would be acceptable rather than just assuming that it would be.

Your products display wonderful craftsmanship and attention to detail. I am sure that he will be as happy with them at the end of the season as he is at present.

Thank you and best wishes.

Sincerely,
Linda W.
