I just bought some recently and filled my own capsules which hold 1/4 tsp. + each. Or it can be mixed in water with a little bit of the new sugar-free 'drink' sticks (the ones that use Stevia for a sweetener).

We just received our first order of wheatgrass yesterday-i made smoothies with orange juice frozen peaches and added wheat grass to the smoothies. The kids could taste the wheat grass-i put it in my orange juice this morning and did not taste it as much. (also, even though the kids could taste the wheat grass in the smoothies it wasnt strong enough to keep them from drinking all of it.) We will continue to experiment til we find the very best way to drink our wheat grass.

I bought Wheatgrass last month based on the reviews here. I made capsules of it and take 2 daily. I have asthma and allergies, no side effects. Great way to get protein and other nutrients.
