Dong Quai is great for balancing hormones, but not as much is known about this herb's safety during pregnancy and nursing. Therefore, we strongly advise NOT taking this product if you are pregnant or nursing. We added this product to primarily address hormone issues for menopausal women, but we now see the need for a separate Vitex only product and will be adding that soon.
