Each Ultimate Defense bottle has 90 capsules of a minimum 1 billion potency pro-biotic with fermented greens, soil organisms, and a wonderful complement of natural intestinal bacteria.

A probiotic replaces the good bacteria in the GI, repopulating the stomach, intestines, and colon with the little workers that properly breakdown the food you eat. Ultimate Defense is our finest pro-biotic designed with embedded pre-digested food sources for the bacteria. It also contains soil-based organisms that do not necessarily colonize the GI, but help greatly in their passage through. Ultimate Defense is specifically designed to establish complete, lasting colonies of intestinal flora in a world that sterilizes, processes, and de-naturalizes all food sources.

Ultimate Defense is a combination of 13 different bacteria, fermented greens to feed them as colonies get established and soil based organisms to potentiate the bacterial activity in the intestines. A healthy GI bacterial flora is thought to improve overall health and immune system function.

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 3 times daily with water, preferably on an empty stomach. Start with 1 capsule per day and gradually increase to 3 capsules per day.
