This is a high potency multi-vitamin with Spirulina and green superfoods. This is the companion product to SuperMom.

The 180 tablets bottle is a 3 month supply.
The 240 tablets bottle is a 4 months supply.
The 180 VCaps bottle is a 6 weeks supply.

SuperDad contains a huge array of vitamins and minerals essential for good health. SuperDad also contains Spirulina which increases the potency of the vitamin.

Serving Size: 2 Tablets or 4 VCaps.
Suggested Use: Adults: take 2 tablets or 4 VCaps daily, preferably with meals.
Other Ingredients: Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Croscarmellose Sodium, Silica, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source), Vegetable Coating and Chlorophyll. Vegetarian Formula. Contains soy and wheat derivatives.
Contains No: Sugar, salt, starch, yeast, milk, egg, shellfish or preservatives.

If I could crawl through the computer and kiss you, I would. Within days of starting these vitamins, my "chronically" tired husband noticed a difference. Now after work he is no longer a zombie, he talks and laughs, and feels so much better. These vitamins are a blessing in our home.

I ordered the Super Dad for my husband (along w/ Super Mom and Red Raspberry for myself), and I must say this has been a GREAT thing for hubby. He needed a "multi" to take with some other supplements, and Super Dad is the perfect thing!!

Shipping was prompt, as usual :), and I can't wait to order again.
