Bulk Herb Blends: SOS for PMS

Quantity:

Everyone knows the phrase “that time of the month.” It’s a “time” no woman looks forward to, or at least I’ve never met a woman who did. For many, it involves some kind of pain or discomfort such as bloating, depression, headaches, weight gain, cravings, etc. For a small percentage it’s not “that big of a deal,” but nonetheless women tolerate it only because there is no way to avoid it.

I know for me, after hitting puberty and finding out what “being a woman” meant, I learned to hate that week every month. Most of the time, my bleeding was intense, and could be embarrassing if I didn’t plan accordingly. I always felt yucky and lacked energy and figured that was the way it was going to be until I hit menopause and got rid of the cycle for good. I looked forward to marriage and getting pregnant just so that I could have a break from it. In my 20s, the bleeding seemed to tone down some but I still dreaded that week every month. It was during my mid 20s that I started to eat healthier and exercise regularly and was shocked at the huge difference just those small changes made in my cycle and how I felt.

Study Herbs

A couple years later, I started studying herbs and their amazing healing properties. Did you know God designed herbs to treat pretty much every physical ailment known to man, including PMS?

Through study, I found particular herbs to use for each of the symptoms I experience during my cycle. After months of experimenting, I arrived at what a friend dubbed SOS for PMS. All my reading led me to conclude that this recipe would provide key nutrients a woman’s body tends to be low on before and during her bleeding. Therefore, drinking this tea should prevent some of the common symptoms of PMS by supplying those needed nutrients. After enduring almost 15 years of a horrible “that time of the month”, I thought myself a good guinea pig for my own experimenting.

Results

Praise the Lord, the time and energy spent was not in vain. After only one month of use, I found it to be amazingly effective. Not only did my bleeding lessen, but there was no bloating, no headaches, and no cramps. Wow! Eager to share my findings, I sent my tea blend to a number of friends and family members. All have given it raving reviews. It accomplishes its intended purpose, and tastes great in the process. I am amazed at how something so simple could make that dreaded time much more bearable.

And so began a monthly ritual of drinking a few cups a day of this blend the week before and the week of my cycle. I add one tablespoon of the blend for every cup of boiling water. Then, turn off heat, and steep covered 15 to 20 minutes.

I’ve also found other uses for it, such as during pregnancy, for postpartum healing, and even to increase and enrich milk production.
