For centuries, peppermint (Mentha piperita) has been used to soothe digestive difficulties, freshen breath, and relieve colic, gas, headaches, heartburn, and indigestion.

    Generally regarded as safe (GRAS) for internal consumption by the FDA. Dilute one drop in 1 tsp. honey (raw is best) or 4 oz. of beverage (your choice). Not for children under 6 years old; use with caution and in greater dilution for children 6 years old and older.

    • Peppermint is one of the oldest and most highly regarded herbs for soothing digestion. Massage on the stomach or add to water or tea for supporting normal digestion.
    • Apply to bottom of feet to cool off on a hot day.
    • Rub on temples for a calming effect, or place several drops on the tongue as an invigorating pick-me-up.
    • A wonderful flavoring and preservative.
    • This oil can be Diffused.
    • Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, or sensitive skin areas. Do not apply neat (undiluted) to a fresh wound or burn.
    • Jean Valnet, M.D., studied peppermint's effect on the liver and respiratory systems.
    • Other scientists have also researched peppermint's role in affecting impaired taste and smell when inhaled.
    • Dr. William N. Dember of the University of Cincinnati studied peppermint's ability to improve concentration and mental accuracy.
    • Alan Hirsch, M.D., studied peppermint's ability to directly affect the brain's satiety center, which triggers a sense of fullness after meals.

    Hi. I love the products I ordered from you! Everything I received was in great condition, no problems with anything.

    My husband was quite impressed with the peppermint oil. It is so strong. He put only one little drop in a huge glass of ice water, and couldn't believe how it tasted. He had to add more water it was so potent.

    I hope to order some more things in the future.

    If I was told that I had to go somewhere and was only allowed one supplement to take with me it would have to be the peppermint oil. Its almost a cure all for what ever ails you!!!!!
