Omega Balance - gel capsules

Each bottle contains 180 soft gel capsules (1200mg) of Balanced Omega 3, 6 and 9 Fatty Acids.

Omega Balance is a blend of Borage, Organic Flax seed and Fish oils. This combination of well-known nutritional oils provides a unique balance of Omega-3 and Omega-6 Essential Fatty Acids and Omega-9, a non-essential, but beneficial fatty acid.

Alpha Linolenic Acid, EPA and DHA (Omega 3's), and GLA (an Omega 6), are necessary for the maintenance of cardiovascular, nervous system and skin health. Oleic Acid (an Omega-9) has also been shown to promote a healthy vascular system.

Serving Size: 2 soft gel capsules.
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 2 soft gel capsules, 1 to 3 times daily with meals.
Contains No: sugar, salt, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, milk, egg, preservatives or artificial colors.
Other Ingredients: Gelatin, Glycerin, Water and Natural d-alpha Tocopherol with Mixed Tocopherols.
