We drink this tea everyday for it's nutritional value, and for "good maintenance". Due to the Red Clover blossoms, it should be avoided during pregnancy.
I usually soak the herb blend in water overnight. The following day, I add say, a tablespoon to 2 cups boiling water. Turn off heat and steep covered for 5 to 10 minutes. If you don't want to soak it overnight or forget to, steep it for 10 minutes or so.
We always reuse one more time by adding more water (no need to soak overnight the second time). As usual, there are a number of other ways to brew up this tea but that is how I usually do it.
