Cloves are a perfect breath freshener because it kills the bacteria that causes odor and leaves the mouth clean tasting and smelling. • We use it often in tea and tincture combinations pertaining to circulatory issues or infections in the body. Of course, it can be used in many other types of remedies. Such as, grounding it and filling capsules with it.
• Cloves are a food and spice. Thus, we keep it in the kitchen as all other food ingredients. We add it (ground) to many dishes (salads, meat dishes, stir fry, vegetables, etc.) to enhance the flavor and add nutritional value to our foods.
• Cloves can be used to benefit anyone: men, women (including before, during or after pregnancy, and nursing), children and animals.
• It can be used as often as you would like, and in any way you choose.
• As is the case with most spices, Cloves should be stored in a dark, dry, and cool place.
