I'm 26 weeks pregnant and have been suffering from tiredness and daytime sleepiness for the past month or so. I have needed naps every day even after sleeping for 8-10 hours through the night. Sometimes, I'd wake up at 8am and need a nap as early as 10am. After just 1 dose of Bee Strong, I needn't a nap the next day or any other day since. I've only taken 1 capsule a day, as that seems to be enough. I alternate with 6 capsules of Spiriluna the next day. I taken them usually in the morning after breakfast. I have a full-time job and plan to work until I'm in labor. These 2 supplements will make that much more manageable.
