Historical Uses:
For centuries, peppermint (Mentha piperita) has been used to soothe digestive difficulties, freshen breath, and relieve colic, gas, headaches, heartburn, and indigestion.

Oral Use as Dietary Supplement:
Generally regarded as safe (GRAS) for internal consumption by the FDA. Dilute one drop in 1 tsp. honey (raw is best) or 4 oz. of beverage (your choice). Not for children under 6 years old; use with caution and in greater dilution for children 6 years old and older.
From Our Reading and/or Experience...
- Peppermint is one of the oldest and most highly regarded herbs for soothing digestion. Massage on the stomach or add to water or tea for supporting normal digestion.
- Apply to bottom of feet to cool off on a hot day.
- Rub on temples for a calming effect, or place several drops on the tongue as an invigorating pick-me-up.
- A wonderful flavoring and preservative.
- This oil can be Diffused.
- Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, or sensitive skin areas. Do not apply neat (undiluted) to a fresh wound or burn.

Hi. I love the products I ordered from you! Everything I received was in great condition, no problems with anything.
My husband was quite impressed with the peppermint oil. It is so strong. He put only one little drop in a huge glass of ice water, and couldn't believe how it tasted. He had to add more water it was so potent.
I hope to order some more things in the future.

If I was told that I had to go somewhere and was only allowed one supplement to take with me it would have to be the peppermint oil. Its almost a cure all for what ever ails you!!!!!
